Antiqua Jewelry Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Antiqua Jewelry. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.

During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing may take an additional day or two. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150 within the contiguous United States.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.

5. Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). Carrier upgrades (UPS or FedEx) may be available on request — please contact us before placing your order if you require a specific carrier.

6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@antiquajewelry.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date at hello@antiquajewelry.com. Please retain all original packaging materials and take photos of any damage — these are required to file a claim with USPS.

8. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. Once a package leaves our studio, transit times are estimates only.
