At Antiqua Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a piece may not be exactly what you expected, which is why we offer a fair and transparent exchange policy.

2-Week Exchange Policy

Antiqua Jewelry offers a 2-week (14-day) exchange policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide:

  • Receipt or proof of purchase
  • The item must be in its original condition (unworn, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging)
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact us at antiquajewelry@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase
  2. Include your order number and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  3. Describe the item you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange
  4. We will provide you with exchange instructions and a return authorization

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange for a different item of equal or lesser value. If you choose an item of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry pieces
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
  • Items returned without proof of purchase
  • Items returned after the 14-day exchange period
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at antiquajewelry@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering:

  • A replacement item
  • A full refund
  • A repair (if applicable)

Please include photos of the damaged or defective item with your email to expedite the process.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit
  • For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs

Refunds

Please note that we offer exchanges only, not refunds, except in the following circumstances:

  • The item received is damaged or defective
  • We are unable to provide a suitable exchange item
  • We made an error with your order

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Processing Time

  • Exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your exchange has been processed
  • Shipping time for the exchanged item will depend on your location and selected shipping method

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchange or refund under any circumstances, except if they arrive damaged or defective.
