Join us this Saturday, April 18th from 11am–4pm for a pop-up of five local artists showcasing their art! We will also be joined by Alissa White, Founder of Gotcha Matcha, to taste and learn about Hojicha tea!

“I create functional pottery to bring joy through everyday use for my customers. My work embodies my practice of letting go, embracing emergence, and accepting uncertainty. When I am not in the studio, I work as an academic coach supporting youth in their learning journey.”
LA-based ceramicist. Her work is inspired by nature, the Western landscape, and themes of interdependence and Interbeing.
“I love the wonkiness of handbuilt pots, and the fact that each one is truly unique. The process is such a joy for me; I go to sleep each night thinking about what my next project might be, and planning when I can get back in the studio.”
A lover of all arts, but with a special fondness for ceramics. She has been making ceramic masks, statues, plates and small utilitarian objects. This is the first time her work is being presented to the public.
“I craft my pinch pots out of reclaim clay. I achieve the earthy tones and textures by wedging stains into the clay, or by incorporating sand and stone collected from my hikes in the Eastern Sierra. Many layers of glazes are painted on to reach the final results.”
